About Us
Our names are Selma and Marco, and we can tell you that starting a new page of life with bad toast and a beer in Viareggio bodes well. This is how a Genoese and a Bolognese moved to Tuscany for a new adventure.
We searched, found and renovated this house with the simplicity and imperfection that sets us apart. For work and for pleasure we have traveled the world and we have become convinced that the beauty of a place is made by the people who live and frequent it.
There is no need to recount now the past pages of our lives, if you want to hear them, you must show up at the door, which will always be open to those who want to tell their own.

Our services
OUR HOME
We are a family farm and ranch that opens its doors to those who crave nature, simplicity, peace and authentic experiences.
Our style is decidedly country, beautifully imperfect and certainly embracing.
The farmhouse was completely renovated in 2023, largely with our own hands, each room has a different style and you have plenty of common spaces to enjoy.
Our family lives on the ground floor of the house, so, always find someone who can follow you.
We like to make you feel at home, and, we do everything to make that happen.
DISCOVERING THE AREA
On horseback, on foot, by bicycle, off-road, sitting in our olive grove enjoying some goodies, whatever your preference, you are in the right place!
From our Podere, and in its immediate vicinity, branch off a multitude of beautiful white roads and paths all to be discovered.
We live in a place on a human scale, where everything still smells genuine, it will be our care to accompany you on a path full of food and wine excellence and historical beauty.
You will find in the facility a guide who will help you choose and book directly with us the experiences that interest you.
WE WELCOME YOUR ANIMALS
We have dogs, cats, chickens and our beloved horses, so, we gladly accept your animals at the facility as long as they are managed, at least initially, on a leash, this is to ensure the safety of everyone, both guests and animals.
